2023 Chicago Warriors Tryouts
The focus of the Chicago Warriors baseball program is player development within a structure that plays to win. We develop confident, fundamentally strong baseball players who can compete in any environment. We have a strong and experienced leadership and offer coaches who have been trained in our coaching philosophy. Our youth teams compete for championships and our high school players are prepped to compete for starting positions on their high school teams. The Warriors best high school players receive offers to play baseball in college.
View our 14 players in our class of 2022 entering college committed to their college baseball teams.Chicago Warriors boast the largest concentration of Chicago's northside travel baseball players in the city. Our winter and in-season schedules are tailored around city school (public and private) calendars. Suburban clubs and city clubs who primarily draw players from the suburbs cannot tailor schedules around city family's needs.Chicago's selective enrollment high schools, private schools and neighborhood high schools have baseball rosters filled with Chicago Warriors-trained players. Warriors rosters are full of players who are both focused academic students and motivated baseball players. For instance, Lane Tech Varsity team featured 14 Chicago Warriors players on their roster this year and went on to win the 2022 City Championship at Wrigley Field.The Warriors have two northside Chicago indoor training sites: The Warriors Garage at 5630 N Broadway Ave and the Warriors Armory at 5917 N Broadway Ave. The Warriors also utilize large dome spaces including the Bo Dome in Bensenville and University of Illinois - Chicago's impressive indoor baseball facility. The Warriors have access to several Chicago northside baseball diamonds for practices and youth games.The Warriors feature a stable of experienced coaches with pro, college and high school playing and coaching experience. We have an experienced administration and organizational leadership and a ten-year history of developing players, training coaches and building a well-run program.
Most of all, the Warriors are right-sized: big enough to have access to quality coaches, facilities and playing opportunities, while small enough to really get to know all of our players.
Check our 2022 team rosters to see Chicago Warriors players and the high schools they attend.Chicago Warriors train up to three times per week in our Warriors winter development program as well as weekly in season outdoor practices. We play in competitive league games and tournament schedules.
