Warriors Fall Development Training Classes

Warriors Fall Hitting - Attacking the Ball Program

Warriors Hitting - Attacking the Ball Program will include Warriors small group session training. Attacking the Ball Hitting Training will be held at our Warriors Indoor Training Facility.
Session 1 September 9 to October 12
Session 2 October 19 to November 20
Training meets 2x per week for 75 minutes for 5 weeks
13u-14u and High School on Tuesdays and Sundays
11u-12u on Thursdays and Sundays
Objectives of the Warriors Hitting - Attacking the Ball Program
- Establish better mechanics/flexibility
- Build rotational power
- Increase bat speed
- Program aims to establish attacking mindset for each hitter
- Establish barrel control awareness
Strength and flexibility components can be individualized and presented as homework to accelerate development.
Anticipated Session 2 time slots below - (Time slots to be finalized mid October)
- 13u-14u Tuesdays 6pm to 7:15pm or 7:15pm to 8:30pm and Sundays 4:45pm to 6pm or 6pm to 7:15pm
- 15u to 17u Tuesdays 7:15pm to 8:30pm and Sundays 6pm to 7:15pm or 7:15pm to 8:30pm
- 11u-12u Thursdays 5pm to 6:15pm or 6:15pm to 7:30pm and Sundays 4pm to 5:15pm or 5:15pm to 6:30pm

Warriors Fall Throwing Velocity Program
High School Aged players only - 15u,16u,17u,18u
Warriors Throwing Velocity Program will include Warriors small group session training (8 to 10 players). Meeting 2x per week for 75 minutes each session on Thursdays and Sundays for 6 weeks. Time slots to be finalized at the end of August after registration is complete. Throwing Velocity Program will take place indoors at our Warriors Indoor Training Facility.

Training meets 2x per week for 75 minutes each session on Thursdays and Sundays for 6 weeks.

Thursdays 7:30pm to 8:45pm or 8:30pm and 9:45pm
Sundays 1pm to 2:15pm or 2:15pm to 3:30pm
Objectives of the Warriors Fall Velocity Program
- Improve range of motion/flexibility
- Establish better mechanics/flexibility
- Introduce proper arm car and build arm strength
- Increase velocity (throwing speed)
Program will be offered for pitchers and positional players. Positional players will replace drills specific to mound/pitchingStrength and flexibility components can be individualized and presented as homework to accelerate development.
Registration is only open to 2026 Chicago Warriors players. We expect some age groupings will fill up and will be waitlist only. We do have fall program roster limits and some Warriors age groups will be at capacity so get signed up if interested.

Warriors Defensive Training - Catching
Warriors Defense Training will focus on all aspects of the Catching Position. Meeting for 5 weeks, Warriors Catchers will dig into the finer details of catcher stances, receiving, blocking, throwing footwork and pop time.
Each week will have a defensive focus while reviewing past weeks defensive focus. Players should bring catchers gear, mitt and wear baseball pants.
Warriors Defense Training is only available for 2026 Chicago Warriors team members
- Sundays October 19 to November 16
- 11u to 14u Sundays 11:30am to 1pm
- High School ages Sundays 10am to 11:30am

Warriors Fall Strength Program Classes

Warriors Fall Strength and Agility Circuit Training
Introducing our first class of our exciting partnership with our Facility neighbor, Hardware Strength and Fitness Crossfit
Age Groups: 11-12U, 13-14U and High School
October 19 to November 19
Warriors Strength Coaches will lead our Warriors Fall Strength and Agility training through small-group circuit training. Meeting 2x per week for 60 minute sessions in collaboration with Hardware Strength and Conditioning crossfit facility.
11-12U: Wednesdays 5-6PM, Saturday 12-1PM
13-14U: Wednesdays 6-7PM, Sunday 5-6PM
High School: Wednesdays 7-8PM, Sunday 4-5PM
Objectives of Fall Circuit Training
- Improve total body strength (lower body, upper body, and core)
- Build rotational power for throwing and hitting
- Enhance mobility, flexibility, and balance
- Improve speed and explosiveness on the field
- Reduce risk of injury through proper strength development and movement training
*The 11-12U class will utilize the Warriors Indoor Facility and focus on
building strong athletic foundations.
Individualized progressions for athletes based on age, ability, and position. Strength and flexibility components can be individualized and presented as homework to accelerate development.

Warriors Complete Player Class
High School and 11u-14u Age Groups
Warriors Complete Player Fall Development Skills Training is a full player instruction training focusing on hitting, pitching and defensive skills weekly at our Warriors Indoor Facility. Our coaches guide Warriors players through our throwing program including on mound pitching instruction, extensive hitting progressions and also weekly defensive training focused on glove skills and footwork development.
Wednesdays and Saturdays for 5 weeks beginning October 22 end
November 22. Includes Warriors baseball skills training twice per week on Wednesday 8pm to 9:30pm and Saturdays 1030am to noon. Training will take place at our Warriors Indoor Facility at 5401 N. Wolcott, Chicago.
Wednesdays: 11u-14u 6:30pm to 8pm and High School 8pm to 9:30pm
Saturdays: 11u-14u 9am to 10:30am and High School 10:30am to 12noon
